Self-care is such an important practice for everyone. Especially people who care for other vocationally. I’m excited to be co-facilitating self-care workshops for educators this spring.
TRY THIS: No matter who you are or what you do, practice self-care TODAY. You deserve it. Do something that feels good and honors who you are. Go for a walk, paint, sip tea, read, meditate, listen to music, eat a piece of chocolate… the options are endless.
