As an integrative counselor, I use approaches from several counseling theories in order to provide an individualized experience for my clients. I frequently incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, as well as contemplative practices, including Mindfulness. I am an LGBTQ friendly therapist, and I offer an open and accepting space for all clients.
I am passionate about helping individuals improve and maintain their mental wellness, including treatment for the following concerns:

I have a special interest in providing support to women who are young adults and young professionals. This can be a difficult adjustment stage, and I recognize the importance of addressing adjustment concerns before they develop into chronic problems, anxiety, or depression.
